First Actual REAL day for me!

Okay, so I'm a little behind, but I kicked it into high gear today and went full steam ahead with our two week plan.  I did the exercise, took the vitamins, added in the foods I was supposed to and also ate a grilled chicken breast for protein.  Holy cow!  I was stuffed the entire day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Anybody else?  Kelly

  1. By the way, I may have to sit up all night to get the 3 liters of water in! That is a LOT of water! No wonder we are in the detox phase! I have been in the bathroom forty times today! Just thought I would share! : )

  2. Okay girls! Lost 3 pounds this week doing the 2 week plan! It was so easy! I am going for another 3 this coming week! Anybody else weigh in yet!?
